If you have Microsoft Outlook you right click on the message and go to "Create Rule" and check the boxes that would let the program delete the message before you get it. For example you could mark "specific words in the body" and type in Nigeria and follow the prompts. I have lost a lot of unwanted emails this way. If you are using Yahoo mail, then hit SPAM and it will delete. Hope it helps.

if you're using yahoomail hit the spam button. any email that come from the same pc as the first spam will go directly to your spam/bulk folder. It doesn't consume your mailbox memory available

you click on a little box next to the email. then you click on the little area that says "delete" on it that is how you do it

It's spam. Just delte it. You can't stop the spammers, just ignore them.
