I just got a razr v3m and have been trying to get ringtones or just mp3s on it but cant. i went through the really complicated process of installing drivers and all that so when i connect it, it starts charging but now, how do i transer things to it. i go to MY COMPUTER but its not there. i have the software to get ringtones but how do i get my computer to recgnize it!!! HELP!!!

Only thing i could suggest is calling customer care.
Call them from a home line or any land line and have them talk you through it. Somethimes when you get an experienced representative, they can really help you alot. So try caling them like 2 or three times. You can also check if the usb cable you are using is causing the problem with the computer thing. Somthimes the cable used to connect to the computer is defective.

Yea this was confusing to me at first to. what you do is go to the get it now screen and go to get tunes and tones. number 5 will be sync music. press this while hooked up to the computer and the phone will show up as a audio device under my computer. you can then copy and paste things into here.
