You can have fun anytime. The best thing for you to do is too listen to your doctor. You should stay off your foot and get some rest. Your friends should be saying the same thing. If they are ture friends they well undrestand! Your health comes first. Maybe your friend will be nice enough to skip the party and chill with you. I know my friend would. Even if not, please don't do anymonre damage to your foot. It will take longer to heal.

Your Foot is important than Ice Skating. Stay home, have some rest. Let the foot recover and then go for skating. What is on the way to skating, you met with another accident. You will have more problems.

So, sacrifice your skating and have a rest at home.

If possible, the Doctor should have told you to go. He didn't because he knew that you will fall into other trouble if you go with broken foot.

what you need to do is go to the hardware store and buy an object called a re-thinker. this will cost about 20 to as much as 50 dollars. the re-thinkers come in different weights and with different handle lengths . you foot is pretty far from your head so you should buy the long handle re-thinker.
once at home stand near the phone and near a couch or chair and then elevate the re-thinker to about waist height. position it directly over the foot that is not broken . think about going to the party and not doing what the doctor told you . then if you find that your thinking is to go to the party use the re-thinker to adjust your thoughts . this is an easy thing to do you simply drop the re-thinker on the previously unaffected foot.
once this is done sit on the couch or chair for about 1 hour and think again about going to the party and not doing what the doctor has told you to do. if your thinking is still that you should go to the party repeat the procedure with the re-thinker until you have adjusted your thoughts to the normal sensible way .
i hope this helped you .
PS the re-thinker is at some hardware stores called a sledge hammer but most know both terms re-thinker and sledge hammer.
good luck

Rapping takes a large form of prepare, because of the fact being tongue twisted isn't the only element that could take place at the same time as rapping. you're arranged to appreciate the situation and at the same time as to hold your breath interior the approach your rap, or you will basically be out of breath. Rapping like Eminem is extremely complicated, and in case you would be no longer able to rap while not having tongue twisted, you may forget approximately rapping like Eminem. attempt doing a 2pac-style.

Don't skate but if you can have fun being with your friends and not skate, go and have fun.
If you try to skate you might reinjure or hurt yourself elsewhere so don't skate.

The doctor knows best. It's up to you what you want to do, but you should not give your foot work. Give it time. Your friends come and go, but your health stays with you forever. . . .

Listen to the doc. You dont want it to get worse and then need more time to heel. Stay home and take it easy maybe rent a movie or something. Your friend will understand and maybe she or he will change her or his plans and spend time with you. Get well soon =)
