Yes its true most of the posts are fake and just meant for dating
yes there can be lot of exceptions i suggest few methods of screening them
ask there residence number and ask any of your friends or brother or cousin to speak to there parents and let them know that you are looking for groom i guess this way you can filter non serious people
Try to interact more on mail and try to get his details like where he works his office number his designation this will help you to find out whether he is single or married dont trust and dont assume any thing verify every fact thorohly there are some expert who can fake and convince girls with there charm

Yes I agree with you. Its really difficult to trust anyone from such sites & many a times such person may be fake but in order to check what I suggest ask some elder in your family to check the credential of the people who have approached you. If you dont want to invovle your family member in this then ask some mature friend who can judge the people approached you. Dont do it yourself as you may not able to make correct judgement of any such person.
