No, they dont. Birds have a different "set up" as far as sex goes. Both sexes look the same, just a single opening. This is used for both elimination and sex. The male mounts the back of the female. He twists his back end around and both openings, called the cloacals, touch. He releases the sperm into her and thats how fertilization takes place.
