Personally I am a waffle guy, I like the taste along with the crunchiness, My wife on the other hand loves it when I make her blueberry pancakes. That is her absolute favorite breakfast meal.

Waffles. The grid s are perfect for holding toppings, and when cooked properly, are the perfect crunchy/chewy mix. Pancakes are far too often just "okay."

Blueberry pancakes at the Old Bridge Diner in Old Bridge, NJ and Pecan Pancakes at the diner . . . can't think of it's name, but it's on Eastern Avenue at a big intersection near Home Depot in Baltimore, MD., out around Dundalk.

iam not a waffles fan, unless my mamma makes it! I love pancakes, its easy to make and you could mix it with the flav u want such as banana or blueberry.
