I think the ideal situation would be to find a balance.

Any of the above situations gets you pissed after awhile. If the man is hardly ever home you start feeling 'left out ' after a while don't matter what you have but at the same time I wouldn't want someone who can't provide enough plus I'd be sick of his *** in a minute if we're both always home. Everybody needs a little time away.

A man who works hard but is at home working on the relationship. Monetary things don't and can't make you happy. A true partnership is what's important in a relationship whether it comes along with gifts or not. I'd much rather have a man who wants to give me things and can't afford it but spends quality time with me, than a man who thinks he can buy my happiness or affection. Which one would you sleep better with at night, the one who's there or the one who isn't?

Well I have second one...going on 5 years now. He is home alot even though he goes to community college. We spend lots of time together and our relationship is healthy. Even though he doesn't work (he used to though) and I can't always have what I want I still enjoy the way things are. I am not a "material" girl it is the little things that are important to me. For me this way is better because if things were the other way around and I didn't get to see him much I would feel distant from him and getting what I want wouldn't make up for it.

If U love somebody , it means that he gives U something U want , if U feel for the second guy this means that he is able to do something u really like , no matter what is it , dont just look at the shape of the matter , look at the way they are arrenged! and what they are built from !!! If what U want is a guy who gives U whatever U want then ... U got the answer!! If not see what U really want !

Neither. I can get everything I want by myself. I don't want a man in my life for anything but sex.
