Chennai is a large commercial and industrial center, do you want to over time develop an illness, due to pollution?

It is wise to invest in Chennai especially Sriperumbudur is developed fully. After 2 or 3 years it will be doubled. Ofcourse Guduvancherry is also good place.

Moreover you are indirectly helping your state to develop. And getting land for your budget in Bangalore is difficult and that too for short term you can not see more money.

A Kannnadian eventhough he works in Tamilnadu he will buy property only in Karnataka and not in TN.

Hope your doubt is cleared. I am not a politician. In fact, I am a Tamilnadu born kannadiga.

Thanks
