The shaving is the cause of your problem. The hair allows air to circulate in the pubic area. Without hair, air doesn'r circulate, and you mold - that is, fungus grows. Fungus smells bad and sometimes causes itching, too. Let the hair grow back, and you'll be okay, although you may need a prescription cream to get rid of the fungus. Shaving is really very UNsanitary! The area is naturally somewhat moist, and without hair all sorts of nasty organisms have an ideal place to grow.
Our bodies are perfect the way they are naturally. If you mess with one part of the body (like getting rid of hair), it throws things out of their natural balance and opens up the possibility of a lot of unintended consequences. Just quit shaving and you'll smell okay again.

It has everything to do with body chemistry. Some of us guys don't really mind, Infact I prefere that my girl smells a little gamey down there. It is a turn on, believe it or not. Some guys won't admit to liking it, but I do. Don't be to concerned about it, ok??? It's all gooooooood!

Pubic hair is actually good for your vagina. It helps keep it clean and keeps bacteria from growing. Because you've shaved, that bacteria might be why you smell like sweat. If it ever becomes a fishy smell, get treated because you likely have bacterial vaginosis.

Wear breathable cotton underwear and apply talcum or babypowder after showering. There are also feminine wipes that you can buy that might help.

Use baby or talcum powder to absorb the excess moisture. Wearing underwear will actually help not make your problem worse.

Avoid sexual stimulation. It makes your body secrete musk like a randy ferret.
And you can use shampoo for those naughty bits.
