i'm working in bangalore, but my native place is near chennai. now i'm planning to invest in a land in either of these cities. i saw few lands near sri perumbudhur, guduvancheri areas in chennai. i'm confused which one among these areas are good to invest ? if bangalore is good then which area would come under my budget. i'm planning invest around 6-8 lakhs max. pls suggest me.

near sri perumbudhur in Chennai would be better -since it is close to your native place, it will be easier to manage by you / your family member, if you would may not find time, someone from your family can help to manage it. I hope it helps.

according to me i think it ll be good for you to buy a flat where u live which will not only reduce your travelling expenses but also will be very convenient as bangalore is faster in development than chennai
and now that the land value in bangalore is appreciating at a very superflous rate since u r talking about investment


well i would suggest you to buy a holiday home at chennai because of its beauty and since you like the place its good out there

i think bangalore is better due to the great climate. land prices sure are to rise even more.
