I would recommend that you use Wireless MAC filtering so that only your computer will have access through its MAC address. This can be accomplished by going to 192.168.1.1. Enter admin as the username and password.
Go to wireless, then Wireless Mac Filter,
select Permit only PCs listed to access the wireless network
click on Edit MAC Filter list
Enter the MAC address of your computer
Click Save settings
Click Save settings once again
To change the admin Password ,
click on the Administration Tab in the same interface
Enter a new Router Password
Confirm it
Click Save settings
You are done

Enable WPA encryption. Read the docs for instructions on doing that. It's not a password, but anyone who does not know the passphrase will not be able to access your wireless connection.

it might have something to do with the DHCP on the router. in case you have static ip's assigned on you machines then they won't artwork with the router. set the workstation to get carry of IP immediately from the router and your stuff would artwork. in case you say the stuff labored a month in the past, try resetting the router (protecting the reset button for no less than 10secs) then attempt to reconnect each thing.

Change the default admin password.

Enable WEP or WPA encryption.

Update the firmware to DD-WRT.
