The recommended size for the paging file is 1.5 times the amount of RAM you have. In this case it would be 384 MB.

I would use the size that Windows recommends. It's based on your total memory. Right click My Computer, select Properties, Advanced, Performance, Settings, Advanced, Virtual Memory, Change. At the bottom you will see the recommended size.

Don't mess with your paging file. You'll see a much better performance gain by adding more RAM.

you can set between 334 to 672mb
