It depends if you are willing to fight the crowds. The sales are enticing but you may get trampled or mauled out there.

Merry Early Christmas!

I never go shopping on black Friday. They have just as good of sales closer to Christmas so I just wait. You can go on this site and buy the same stuff over the Internet for the same price offered in the stores before black Friday.

If you like all that hustle and bustle and millions of grumpy people pushing and shoving. Sale wise, there are some good deals but most of that stuff will go on sale again for pretty darn near that initial attractive sale price. Clothing especially will hit the Black Friday prices again. Electronics seem to be the only things that are slashed, and most are only on sale until noon or so (doorbuster sales). To me, it's not worth fighting the crowds.

Not for me it's not. There are a million people out there today. It's a total melee.....I don't want to get in the middle of that. It's quiet and peaceful here at the house. I'm gonna work on my Christmas decorations.

I have NO idea why they call it Black Friday, anyway.

Technically there are some pretty good sales if you know exactly what you are looking for and where to get it. But I don't think it's worth the huge crowds and people pushing you and being rude all in the name of Christmas.

Nope. Too many crowds. Considering deals are usually better closer to Christmas, it's not worth the parking lot and store mayhem.

no on Black Friday everyone just walks around stores looking at items that they can't afford to buy.

There are lots of awesome sales, but its INSANE trying to fight through alll the people. Insane. There's never any parking at the mall, and you have to drive around for an hour just to find one. Its not worth it.

Mixed results.

I mean, some of those early bird, doorbuster sales are good, PROVIDED that is what you want to do, but the crowds are insane and I hate the jostling
