Go to your local courthouse, go to the asseyors office, they should be able to look up your address and be albe to tell you when the house was added to your property. This work exspecially well if the house was rebuilt, because in alot of the older houses, a building permit was not necessary, they are not in most areas of the country. I dont know of anyplace on the web.. Unless your house was listed as a historical site. But if that were the case you would already know what year it was built in.

This is going to sound really crazy but you can find out when your house was build by looking inside of your toilet tank! Since 1903 toilet manufacturers have been required to stamp the date on the inside of the bowl. Sometimes it is in the body of the tank and sometimes on the inside of the lid. It is stamped right into the ceramic. However, if your toilet has ever been replaced the date will not be accurate. But if you have an original toilet it is easy to find the date.
Hope this Helps!

Yuo need to look in the land registry details or on your deeds, if its as recent as vicky then you should be able to narrow it down to a year. Before 1800 you might have accuracy issues.

go to your county recorder to find the original deed, the county people should help you in that...some have big books recording the first sale, it won't be computer unless they put it all on file.
