what are the jobs one can get after MBA in Agribased Management? will they be restricted to an office or will there be field work? i enjoy being out of doors and i am interested in the agriculture sector especially organic farming and its advocation...

Chances are you will have some sort of hands on or field work (excuse the pun) required for your job. You can be a resource manager, a farm inspector, a representative for seed or livestock companies, a land inspector, etc You most probably will get a job with a dept of natural resources and be made a manager in some capacity, but the essence of that job will put you outdoors.
