What are you doing when it happens? Are you just sitting there, or does it happen when you are having sex? Does it happen when you are exercising? If it seems to be too spontaneous (you are just sitting there and it happens) then you might try to strengthen your muscles down there with kegel exercises (same muscles that stop the flow of urine). If it happens during sex, then you might want to try a different position or have less vigorous "jack-rabbit" sex.

Perhaps you could reduce it by using other/different positions...
Perhaps your partner could be partially responsible..
I don't know how a medication could help if I understand what
"queef" means...The expelling of air/gas from the vagina during
intercourse .....
