I have a brand new never opened Proxim Symphony cordless networking modem model#4500-05 as well as a never opened Symphony PC card model#4402-05 I want to sell these and noted one that is refurbished is selling for over $9000.00 is this right??? Computers are not my scope any info would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

Sorry, but those are ancient technology and are virtually without value today. Back in 2000 or 2001, the pair sold for about $150. All it is is a wireless modem for dial-up internet access. With the profligacy of broadband, they're pretty much useless today.

The 4500-05 is a wireless 56k modem that connects to a phone line. The 4402-05 module communicates with the 4500-05 wirelessly and allows you to establish a dial-up internet connection.

No idea where you got the $9000.00 figure, but someone is clearly pulling your chain. Hard. At best you might get $10-$20 for the pair on a good day.
