I think you are correct.
I seriously doubt they win 80 games.
All the while I can hear their fans
crying "it's not fair, we're better
than The Tigers!"
I found it amusing that in the 2006 regular season
the whinny sux beat The Tigers 15 of 19 games
and still couldn't make the playoffs!
You are absolutely right, the southside crybabies
(aka the whinny sux) are looking towards several
consecutive season of sub .500 ball!

They are like the Tigers, one hit wonders. The Tigers will win 80 but the White Sox won't. It will be the Twins and the Tigers again but this time neither will reach the world series. New York is still the team to beat.

It depends on what they do in the next few weeks with their pitchers. Theres been talk that they make all of them available to trades, so you never know what they will pick up.
I say the win 80 but still finish 3rd.

the whitesox have a good team it's just that the emergence of the detroit tigers and the hangover of having won the world series the year before were too much for the whitesox to overcome but they should be very competitive in that division
