Our body is made of cells. Through the food which we eat, we are providing nutrients to these cells. So when we fall sick or injure ourselves, the nutrients will kick in and replenish the cells and restore them back to normal. The duration taken to heal thyself depends on the food we take, amount of rest we take and the seriousness of the injury/illness

The body heals itself through your mind. Whatever you think about you become. Just think about this. People that you know that are ill all the time, talk about it. People that are healthy talked about good things, happy things, healthy things. It has been proven over and above that the a healthy mind can willed the body to heal itself. Accordingly, we are nothing more than an energy of cells, and the biggest organ is our mind. If we inject good things in our lives and happy thoughts in our lives, we will be able to manage our emotional bank account, and heal our hearts, our bodies, our minds and our souls.

It doesn't. "When someone has nerve damage, the body can't repair it." That's not always true. "When someones has a damaged lung, why can't the body repair it?" Ever wonder why vital organs are usually placed in an area in the body full of bones and cartilage and muscle and other protective tissues? Hint: look up the word, "vital." "When someone has a degenerative eye disease, why can't the body correct it?" You know what degenerative means, right? So now it seems stupid to ask that question, doesn't it? "When someone has balding, why can't the body correct it?" Has balding? The reason is a chemical imbalance. Too much testosterone. It has absolutely nothing to do with the false hypothesis that the body can't repair itself.
