potatoes on the eyes work well, too. Concealer. Get your rest! Also, a little white eyeshadow above the eyelashes will make your eyes appear brighter which could make the dark circles a little less noticeable

I've heard you can put Preperation H cream under your eyes to reduce that. Haven't tried it myself though.
