Subway would have to be the healthiest. Their sandwiches are as healthy or as un-unhealthy as you want them to be. Keep off the mayonnaise, oil and cheese. Load up on veggies.

Depends on what you get on the menu each fast food places prepares their stuff differently and one may have more calories in one thing then another place but have less calories in another item then the other place. If your really worried get the Calorie King book it is sold at most book stores and gives you the nutrition facts on just about every thing and a lot of fast food places and restaurants.

Subway is probably the easiest to eat healthy at, but it's always about choices...even Subway has sandwiches to avoid nutrition-wise (meatball, chicken bacon ranch, etc.). You'll generally be ok if you go for small portions, and avoid the "cheese", bacon and mayo filled things. Most places have a guide for their healthy choices at the resturant or online.

Since every Fast Food place has a variety on what they serve, it's really hard to pin-point and say "Well this place is the most healthiest." It really depends on what you order.

I like them all, but I think that KFC has the healthiest
for sure. I can take off the skin of the chicken, ask
for milk-1%, veg are good, you get to butter your own
rolls and save for another day's menu. Most of all-
you are full if you choose to eat slower.

My nutritionist says Taco Bell has nothing healthy on their menu. She recommends the single burger at Wendy's and a side salad.

I would say Subway. Panda Express is also pretty healthy if you consider that a fast food place. But they do have some fried things.

It depends on what you order. But I think KFC must be the worst, but I am not sure. I know that McDonald's has information on the product that tells calories, fat grams, etc.
