Ive got Willie Parker who plays a stingy Baltimore run defense - at Baltimore.
And Ive got Travis Henry who has a beat up Giants offense coming into Tennessee?
Who's the better option here and why?

Willie Parker is the better option because he is third in the AFC in rushing yards(893) and third in the NFL in TDs(12) behing LJ and LT. Travis Henry has a better matchup, but I'd start Willie Parker in week 12 because he will get atleast 1 TD.

Well willie will get the carries but travis henry plays a defense that has lost micheal strahan and osi umenyora so i say henry

They both suck willie is ok but he is not going to do anything against the Ravens D-fense. I would look into free agency maybe get Fred Taylor or Jamal Lewis those are much better choices.

no matter what you think of baltimore's D, parker is a top 3 RB in the league. he's part of the fantasy MOB, like LT, and marion barber III. they score TD'S like its there job. start parker. you never know with henry.
