I am doing some specific research on a theory I have.I need to know in the state of washington the maximum sentence a judge can give for child pornography abd the maximum sentence he could give on 10lbs of pot

On the 10 pounds of pot ,i would give community service , on the child pornography , 20 years in a maximum security jail!That this pornography on children is a most repulsive act on innocense and MUST be punishable with strong effects of the law of men! If this is not accountable to the most vulnerable of us ,then what is???

I'm not sure about Washington...but in California possession of child pornography is only a misdemeanor(max one year).
And with 10 lbs of pot...I'm sure there would be additional charges....not just simple possession...maybe intent to distribute also....perhaps more.
You would def serve more time on the pot charge than on the child pornography charge.
