I've been trying for a baby for a few months now, and each time the waiting for a test gets worse, however this time I'm determined not to do the test until my period is late... well I'm going to try. Does anyone else feel like this?

I'm glad i'm not alone here! I've got exactly one week left before I go out and get that damn stick again..... fingers crossed for us all!

I've just returned to my computer this morning and in a sad kind of way, feel happy that I'm really not alone, it is normal to have these feelings. I have waited a long time for my partner to be 100% about having a child and all the joys they can bring and now it seems like such a long wait .... thanks for all your replys, I think we should all post our news (good or bad) and keep giving hope to each other, as I think it definatly helps because there are some things you just can't tell other family members/close friends without them thinking you are crazy and going babymad!

Me to this is my third month trying the first month I took two test then my period started last month I waited and here came my period I am not due to start again till around the fourth I am going to try to wait and see if my period comes befor I buy another test but I know where you are comeing from that can be the longest 2 weeks ever!!! YES! I am supposed to start on November 28, 2006. I have an extra First Response test and I am so tempted to take it, but I don't want to be disappointed again. I will try to wait until at least Monday. Good Luck to all of us TTC!!!

I do! I do! I do! I plan to test on Nov 27 ... but I am really tempted to try a test tomorrow morning....
It becomes like an obsession doesn't it? Have you gone to www.peeonastick.com? The lady maintinaing that site is certainly obsessed with it! She's the first to admit it...

me 2 ive been trying for almost 2 yrs now and i have had 3 miscarriages i would take the test like 4 days sooner and then my period would start then id had a miscarriage it sucks having to wait but its better

I was waiting but unfortently I got my monthly :( But with my son I had waited til December just to be sure. I couldn't even believe after it said YES! I cried after 4 years of trying.Good Luck! My Fingers are crossed for you!

I'm waiting for the beginning of December. I've been trying to conceive for over two years. I always cry after a negative. :(

hi, i too have the very same feeling.Now it has been almost 6 months that i have been trying for a baby. its very difficult to wait for the period dates.i want to do the pragnency test but i dont want to waste money. so i wait for the period dates.
