hi
you have not said if it is shaking while driving or just due to the engine running also you have not said what make of car you drive so i will try to answer as best as i can.
If your car shakes violently while driving at a slow speed then you could possibly have a tyre that has damaged cords that would give the tyre a distorted look and a wobble at very low speeds (not advisable to drive). If the shaking happens between 35 mph and 65mph then you could have a tyre that is not balaced or the balance wieghts have fallen off. on the other hand if it is while the engine is running but the car is stationary then the list could be endless, I will list a few things to check but it only depends if your vehicle has them,( anti-vibration dampner on crank pully) (check the toothed belt on the balance shafts if fitted) but i would recommend starting with the simple things first or take your vehicle to your local garage and get the mechanic to examine your car and give you a quote to rectify the fault.
good luck

I had a similar problem about ten years ago. If the car shakes violently when you are at a complete stop, or when you are slowing down, it is usually a problem with the exhaust system.
The back end of my car would tend to shake and almost jump up and down when I began to slow down and would continue while I stopped.
The shaking may also be caused by a problem with the fuel injection, if the shaking seems to be coming from the motor, or front end of the car.

The most common reason is wheels out of balance so take it to your local Midas or tyre bay and they'll check. However, this type of vibration normally sets in at a certain speed, not all the time. If the car is shaking at all speeds then it is likely to be something more serious like suspension problems, drive shaft problems, or even engine mounting failure. Try the tyre bay first but ask them to check underneath while they are there and look for other problems.

Do not drive it anymore. Check the lug nuts on all tires and MAKE SURE THEY ARE TIGHT.... Also make sure that there is not mud or debris in the wheels or hubcaps. If this doesn't work have it towed to a garage. The shaking indicated a very serious condition exists and your life or others may be at risk if you continue to drive this vehicle. Good luck.

. The wheel lugs. It happened to me years ago. The car shook like crazy when it reached 20mph or more. We thought it was the transmission. So we poured transmission fluid into the hole above the transmission. It was the timing hole. Timing holes don't hold transmission fluid very well. VWs, who knew? My buddies and I had to buy bus tickets to get home. When we went back the next week, ready to pay through the nose to get it fixed, we noticed the lug nuts missing and loose on one of the front tires.
. Check the lug nuts first. It's a cheap fix, unless you can find a dishonest mechanic.

In between most buildings you will see a horizontal grey surface normally covered with tar or concrete. This is technically termed the "ROAD" and you will find that your car will travel more smoothly whilst on this surface. Your problems stem from using the car in inappropriate locations.

Your not arabic by any chance?

If it shakes more violently the faster you move it, i'd say it's the wheel alignment.
If it's doing it while stationary, you may just need a new car.

if it's shakin as soon as you start it up it sounds like theres a problem with the fuel getting to the engine like when you put the car into a too higher gear with no acceleration and it's nearly gonna stall.

could be the fuel pump, engine may have had it, you can buy car manuals from car shops and they have trouble shooting pages, or if thats too complex take it to a mechanic

Shaking while driving, while standing? Could be ignition or water in the fuel, or being misbalanced or wheel alignment out...
