Vasectomy should have no effect on the time it takes him to orgasm at all. The problem lies elsewhere, and he should seek professional assistance - especially if he was performing adequately in the past.

There is no connection between a vasectomy and short sexual encounters. I am 40 and I had my vasectomy 20 years ago. I went though what your husband is experiencing less than a year ago. Obviously if it was connected to my vasectomy, I would have experienced nearly two decades ago.

Most men go though a period of what is sometimes called the “minuet man”. It is caused by stress, or even sometimes medications. If he is taking any kind of steroid (for allergies, or infections), or high-blood pressure medications, that may be causing the problem. Odds are it will pass when the stress passes.

Another thing that can cause it is a subject most people don’t like talking about. Your sex life was likely interrupted around the end of your pregnancy. Your husband my have been self gratifying during that period. It is known that habitual masturbation will cause the problem as well. Again it will pass with time.

This is a unique question. Normally as the marriage progresses it take the husband longer to have an orgasm. The vasectomy has nothing to do with the orgasm it simply prevents sperm from being ejaculated. There are several things you can do. First his have him practice oral sex on you so you can have the first orgasm. That is real common for women who do not normally orgasm from penis intercourse. The second and just as much fun in bed is have sex more frequently. I am assuming you are in your 20s so a man that age can have intercourse in the morning and then a slower longer intercourse in the afternoon.

So, hurry up. What's wrong with 2 minutes?

Really, there should be no connection between his vasectomy and premature orgasms. Perhaps, you need to have sex more often. With frequency his "needs" should be reduced and he should be capable of lasting longer.

Has it occurred to you....maybe it you who has the problem? Maybe you are too preoccupied with your 2 year old and not paying him enough attention anymore.

If there is a connection between the surgery and the short take off run, it's all in his mind. Made no difference in mine. There are ways he can learn to have more fun (read "delay the penultimate moment"). And some of them can add even more pleasure for both. Isn't the greatest moment for him when your pleasure PEAKS and you hit the jackpot?

The operation doesn’t interfere with a man’s sexual desire or his ability to reach orgasm. The production of male hormones, which takes place inside the testicles, is not affected. Despite some previous concerns, there is no proven link to prostate cancer or heart disease.

My guess would be that the frequency of relations has changed considerably. That would make a difference more than anything else.
