i heard about the "red dragon",but if this is true why nobody talk about it?,are the chinese community too afraid of(scare ) or too involved.my question is not to offend just to know about culture.i use to deal with chinese people so how will i dentify the good people of the members of such groups.what do they do exactly?

YES. There has been organized crime in the various 'Chinatowns' of the U.S. since the first wave of Chinese immigration, in the 1860's.

It's mostly about drug dealing, and immigrant smuggling--same as other gangs.

You will have to know someone before you can tell if that person is good or bad; be careful who you do business with.
