well that definitely sounds like me when i have a miscarriage, except i bleed alot, so the best bet would be to go to your doctor and have him check you out. i have heard that you get pains like that when you're pregnant as well, so your doctor can help you alot more

You could be. Depends on your pain tolerance as some woman think that slight cramping is really painful. Slight uterine cramping can happen during pregnancy-especially when the fertilized egg is attaching to the uterine wall. Your back can be sore-especially as the baby grows in size. The only way to know what is going on for sure is if you see a doctor, OB-gyn or nurse-midwife. If you cannot get into an appointment today and the pain persists than I might go to the emergency room at a local hospital or to a 24-hour clinic. Good luck.

Back pain and stomach ache is normal during pregnancy. Just because you haven't felt these pains during the first pregnancy, does not mean you won't feel it on your next pregnancy. To be 100% safe, you should call your doctor's office and ask them about the weird scent. If they say it's normal, then you shouldn't worry.

could be many things, getting pregnant so soon after having a baby could cause problems with this new pregnancy, unless you are bleeding massively, like 3-4 pads within 6 hrs and are passing clots of tissue, you are just feeling the early stages of pregnancy

Are you bleeding or having any discharge? Do the pains feel anything like the labor pains you had in your first birth? If they do, or you're bleeding, you need to contact your midwife or doctor.
Good luck.

i think that if there is any question in your mind as to whether you are miscarrying or not you need to get to your OBGYN or the hospital as soon as possible
