I am Not racist and I can certainly see why many things had to be changed AND I know that there is plenty of racism still out there,but Im beginning to wonder if this "partiality" is NOW creating more problems than it has fixed..

Because it is OK for minorities to exclude others. Can you imagine if there were "White Chamber of Commerce", "White Miss America", "White College Fund"? Yet we have all those that are open to minorities, and not just black.
Racism isn't just a problem of the whites.
I was once looking for a job and one said they were an Equal Opportunity Employer....with preference given to those who lived on or around the _________ _______ Reservation. How can it be equal when they give preference to one group?
Try looking for a college scholarship for a middle class white man!
But of course if you say anything about this stuff you are racist.

Oh no, not this crazy question again. Look, given history, there hasn't been a NEED for white schools, etc. And at those historically Black Universities, it's the White students who benifit greatly. Do your research. And there ARE White channels--NBC, CBS, ABC (yes, I know about them being "owned" by Jewish people. Some of the networks have been "nice enough" to feature other races after so many people have asked for diversity. And why are you putting all this blame on Blacks? The last time I checked, there were FAR MORE Asian and Latino channels on the air. How is any of this effecting you and your life, really?

Because at one time schools, tv and everything was all for white people. So some smart Black people got together and started to educate other black people they created historically black colleges. But these universities do except white people and any other race that would like to attend because I know people who attend these school who are not Black. The historically black colleges are very hard to get into they dont just except anybody. BET is owned by the owners of MTV. MTV didnt want to play black peoples videos until they protested the station around 85. MTV still discriminates because they dont show alot of black artist videos even though they are music tv. BET shows videos for minorities not just black people.

Political correctness gone mad. I am deffinately not racist, but sometimes it annoys me that if you're white you have to be very careful not to offend anyone, but if you're not you can offend white people as much as you like. The same goes for Christians (in britain at least). People from other religions are getting more and more freedom and are very anti-christian, and society as a whole is very anti-christian, but as a Christian you have to very careful about saying what you believe.

history: white people started 'black' institutions because of segregation. black ball leagues because blacks were not allowed to play with whites. black schools because blacks were not allowed to go to the 'white' schools - YES THERE WERE WHITE SCHOOLS before integration. There still are. Any school that is predominately white will be refered to as a white school by blacks. as compared to a predominately black school.
historic segregation forced blacks into a separate culture.

Do you honestly believe that there are not white schools, channels, scholarships, firms etc.? Do you actually believe that or are you just trying to get on black peoples' nerves?

I think because the black people have been the target of bigotry for so long that they feel they are making up for lost time.

It is the same as a wronged wife, that believes she now has a green light to go out and do the same. The all black whatever, is their green light to do what was done to them, and the rest be damned.
