Prayers of course are answered by God but both positive and negative thoughts that we repeat over and over frequently often are turned into reality because our subconscious minds behave very much like computers. You've heard the expression "junk in,junk out"?Our subconscious minds do not have the reasoning ability that our conscious minds do.They accept all thoughts that you repeatedly think about, both positive and negative,as goals or specific projects that you want it,the subconscious mind, to work on and turn into reality. This is why it is so essential to maintain positive thoughts and also explains why going to most therapists can do more harm than good because their standard "treatment" is to ask their clients to discuss all the problems they are facing;every week until the client runs out of money ,because as expected, their problems just keep getting created by their negitively programmed subconscious minds.

Absolutely, practice positive thoughts as much as possible; force bad thoughts from your mind. The following is something I think will help you, I share this with as many people as possible.
Cherokee Wisdom...
One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, the battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all.
ONE IS EVIL. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, quilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.
The other is GOOD. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather,
"Which wolf wins?"
The old Cherokee simply replied, "THE ONE YOU FEED."
Speak and think positive thoughts, overtime you will train you mind and you will be happier.
Read as many self-help books as possible, a good one is "Don't sweat the small stuff-It's all small stuff."
Have a wonderful day - I'm sending happiness your way!
Take Care,
Barbi
