She is outside and she seems to be hibernating. I would like to wake her up, and let her hibernate again. Can she hibernate more than once during the season?
I live in South Florida where the weather is warm. What if the weather gets warm and she wakes up on her own? Will she need food? What if we are not around to feed her for 3 weeks?

South Florida and it is hibernating? That is not common- they hibernate because it is triggered by dropping temps and shorter days. If it is a pond turtle, it would be hibernating in the mud at the bottom of the pond. If it is a land turtle, it will hibernate in a burrow.

If it IS hibernating, you can take it and transfer it to a better hibernation site without waking it- which would be mush safer for both of you.

I suspect something else is wrong with your turtle. Tell us what kind it is and what it is doing and we'll try to help.

I am not sure there's need for you to disrupt nature's design of time that your turtle has chosen to hibernate. If woken up, I haven't heard of a turtle going back into hibernation; though such a thing is probably not uncommon.

If you're going to be going away for three weeks, then you can either leave out enough food for your turtle to feed on while you're away or take it to your neighbor's house so they can care for it.
