Met an old lover for lunch this week. We dated for quite a while and I became very good friends with his brothers as well. At lunch his one brother joined us ... not a problem for me but ex-lover seemed annoyed that brother had invited himself.
During lunch brother point blankly said to me ---- if you ask him .... he will f*** you no problem ... why do you think he called???
Totally side swiped me .... was I naive in believing ex only wanted to catch up and have lunch.
Ex has called five times now ...... do I take his call or just let him wear himself out and quietly go away.

OK -- should have mentioned ... brother said this in front of ex and ex did not deny or confirm.
I however did say --- not about to happen.

You were naive to think an older lover would pop out of the woodwork and just want to talk.
His brother is and *ss however for being so blunt. However I think he may have felt he had one shot at warning you and he took it.
If you would like to get back with your old lover for a sexual relationship again...take his calls. If not let him go.
Old lovers always think of you in one way. On your back.
I am sorry to be so blunt but it is true. And it very well could be he is without a girl friend right now and you came up.

Siblings can sometimes be down right cruel. I would take his call as he obviously is embarrassed about his brother and probably would like to appologize for his brothers behavoir. Rather what his brother said is true or not, he had no right to open his mouth. Which could be why he was annoyed with his brother joining you two in the first place. His brother could just be a jerk and is always so rude. Don't hold your ex accountable for something stupid that his brother had said. He simply could still have feelings for you in which his brother knows about. As I said before, siblings can be cruel and especially spiteful. Give him the benefit of the doubt as he could be sincere. Just be aware of his behavoir as this will surely show you how he feels about you. Good Luck & God Bless!

I would talk to him and ask him why his brother said that. Was that all he wanted? If so, tell him you are better than that and would appreciate him to not call you until he can grow up. His brother may have just been fooling around, but you'll not know until you talk to your ex.

Wow, the brother showed absolutely no respect for you, himself or his own kin. This guy is an ex for a reason, unless you want to be his booty call, I suggest you make sure it stays that way.

If you have no intention of being with him on that level as his brother had described, I would probably take the call then explain that it wasnt going to lead there anyways. If that was the only reason for his call, he will stop contacting you on his own.

Talk about being put on the spot.
Ask yourself....are you looking for anything else in this?
Should you call him.....do you want to?
You could talk to him and tell him it was nice seeing him talk for a few minutes and tell him you have to go.
hopefully this will stop the calls....if that is what you want.

Talking to the ex couldn' t hurt..... ask him whats up...... make sure its over the phone so if you don't like his answer you can just hang up
