Pulling out, also known as withdrawal, means that a man pulls his penis out of the vagina before he "comes" to keep sperm from joining egg. It is only 81 percent-96 percent effective in preventing pregnancy. Pregnancy can happen even if the guy pulls out, if he doesn't ejaculate, or doesn't put his penis all the way in. Here's why: when a guy gets aroused, he produces a fluid called pre-ejaculate ("pre-***"), which can contain sperm - particularly if he's had sex or masturbated earlier in the last couple of days. When the fluid leaks from the penis before a guy comes, it can cause pregnancy.
Pulling out is not a very reliable method for young people because some guys lack the experience and self-control to pull out in time, or they say they will pull out, and then they get so excited and carried away that they don't. Also, some guys can't tell when they are going to ejaculate.

a girl can be pregnant no matter how you do the sex part. condoms and all the others are for prevention. but they still can make a girl pregnant.
in protected sex, a girl can get pregnant by:
1. damaged contraception... as you have known, condom's success rate is about 99%. that means, there might be a possibility that every one in a hundred girls can still get pregnant
2. the risk is too much if the girl is on pill.
in unprotected sex, a girl can get pregnant by:
1. your pre-***... it might consist your sperms...
2. the guy failed to pulled out faster, and some *** has spurted inside...
3. some *** that the guy spurted on her might be mixed with her ***, and the sperm might be transferred to her uterus and tadaa...

The "pull-out" method for birth control is not much better than using no birth control at all. There is always some pre-ejaculation that does contain some sperm. There is no 100% effective means of birth control except abstinence.

Yes, my husband pulled-out and now we are expecting our second child.
You need a better form of birth control, because the pull-out method doesn't work.
