The name of the website is thedigitalparadise.com. Everything on the website seems bonafide, however, I found out through several searches that someone posted a question about this ecompany and yahoo removed the question. So don't be surprise if mine is removed as well.

The UK regulator for calling, and possibly mailing and electronic advertising, is called OFCOM (stands for OFfice for COMmunications regulation).
According to whether the sales are illegal, the phones are illegal, or the website is illegal (or perhaps all three), they may be able to help you, or direct you to the correct authority.
