Two suggestions.
Try asking them what they want.
Buy an 'alternative present' from Traidcraft, Tearfund, 0xfam, The Salvation Army or some such. You can find them all on line. Your friends get a gift card saying what you have bought in their name, and someone in real need gats a school book, a goat, a well or whatever you can afford...from around £2 to £1000!!
Ask them to do the same for you.

why dont you three go to a healthspa not all of them are that expensive if you cant afford that you could take them for a pampering massage, facial or sumthing its nice when someone gives you a thoughtful present like that which relaxes you and also gives you quality time together..hope this is of some use

I got my 2 best friends gorgeous photo albums. you up load the pictures you want and then add comments. They send them out to you in the post then. i got mine last week and they look brill and their only 30euro! They'll last for life too! With no photos falling out cause its all made like a book!!
im getting them for my sisters too they turned out that nice!!

I've opted for services instead of THINGS lately, and it's beena big hit with my bfs. For example, I took them all last year to a spa-salon and got them manicures and pedicures all together--we had a glass of wine while we salked and talked and laughed---it was a great afternoon and we all looked great for Christmas!

Chocolates!!! Swiss colony has chocolate truffles in a gift box that are decorated and says "girlfriend". They are very nice looking. I ordered 6 for my best friends and sisters.
