1. Some gay people refuse to believe that their is another orientation besides homosexuality and heterosexuality. (They look at others orientation through the rose-colored glasses of their own orientation.)
2. Some gay people do not like the ranks of non-straight people diluted -- they think that bi guys and gals should just label themselves as gay and that in of itself would make gay people more powerful, politically.
3. Some gay people are angry that a bi person essentially can live in the straight world and live a secret life that includes having sexual relations with the same sex a well as the opposite sex.
4. Straight people don't want their economic security threatened. Any alternative to traditional marriage (or sexuality) would threaten the status quo, the stranglehold they have held on our society for many, many years.

Because been "Bi-Sesxals" play both sides of the coin. When the person is tired to be gay or lesbian go straight, when is tired to be straight go again to play lesbian or gay, Is like a game, and this people doesnt really know wich is there sexual preference and both's sides of the coin feel mad for that.
They dont know what they want but Gay and Straight, already know what they want.

Hate? Gay people hate bisexuals because they are bisexual? Never met a single gay person that felt that way. Some gay men, myself included, have a very strong preference for other gay men, though. A lot of bisexual men are very closeted. A much higher percentage than gay men.
The whole closet thing is a major turn off to me. Bisexual men tend to be married and/or have girlfriends, too. Which means that a lot of the time they're cheating. And it's just the whole aspect of hiding the male attraction but flaunting the female attraction. I don't like it.
By the way, I see an awful lot of ads where bisexual men are specifically looking for heterosexual or other bisexual men, not for gay men. Does this mean they hate gay men? Also, you won't find many bisexual men that participate in organizations or groups that are geared towards the LGBT community, either. Does this mean they hate gay people?
As for heterosexuals "hating" bisexual men, I just think it ties in to the stigma against men being sexually attracted to each other. The stigma against bisexual men is certainly less than the stigma against gay men, in my view.
That is why you see a lot of gay men that claim they are bisexual before finally admitting that they are gay.

I'm gay with a friend who is bi-sexual, I don't hate him nor do any of our "straight" friends. Some straight men and women are puzzled by bi-sexuality but I guess they are basically curious about what my friend does in bed.
My friend does not hide the fact that he is bi-sexual so he has no hidden agenda.
Gay people have been through enough prejudice over the years, so who are we to sit in judgment, each to his own.

I don't hate bisexuals, though I admit I was a little leery of getting involved with someone bi because of my own fears of getting the boot when someone else of the opposite gender comes along. I have moved past that, and am in a relationship with someone who is bi. So much of what makes people "hate" comes from their own fears.

Gay and Straight people believe that if you're not one of them you are the enemy therefore since bisexuals haven't really picked a side then they are hated by both sides.

not all Gay's or str8's hate them, but some gay people do because they don't believe in being able to love either sex and that you have to be one way or the other. and str8's that do hate them for the same reason as they hate gay people. ignorance or intolerance of anyone different form them. the one thing that bothers me though is that all the troubles that Gay's have been through that some of us can be unsporting of others diversity

I am bisexual and I usually don't feel that I am hated. Of course there are always people who have prejudgments against bisexuals, people seem to have opinions like 'bisexuals are greedy' or 'bisexuals need to make a choice' or 'bisexuals are confused'. And let's not forget the religious fanatics who seem to think that we will burn in hell.

I think because they want both slices of the pie. They are hated because the are double minded, because they do not want to belong to a group. Gays want people to know they are gays, and straight people want people to know they are straight. If you do not belong to one group, whose side are you on?

It's about choosing a preference! Some people feel that it is not possible to equally like both genders. Most people like it when people take sides, being neutral does really work in our societ, sad to say!
