Any computer experts out there?? I have a modem from my local phone company but the pc will not recognize the new hardware - tried troubleshooting - nothing works...

- check if you installed your network card's driver yet.
- Connet your PC to the modern.
- Try again.

Are we referring to an external DSL modem? If so - contact their tech support as they know their own modems and what the setups should be the best.
