my favorite teacher of all time was mike (i've never called him by his last name). when i was in high school he was the instructor for my college credit american sign language class. he and i hit it off from the first day of class when he saw i was wearing a KISS shirt i got from the concert, and he's a huge fan of them as well. anyway, asl came very naturally to me, so i aced every assignment he gave us. then when finals came, he assigned us an essay project, which i really didn't feel like doing at the time. on the date that the essay was due, i stuck a 6 pack of beer in the back of his truck and told him that my assignment was in his vehicle. he gave me an A.

My favorite was Mr. Nielson. He a social studies teacher when I was in high school. He was new and young, so he got along with the students very well. He had a litany of ways to get "bonus points" for his classes. All you had to do was mention hunting, Margaret Thatcher, or use vocabulary words and you got instant points!

My Senior year, Poison was in concert and it was on a Friday. I already had my ticket and planned on skipping that day. He informed the class there would be a "pop quiz" on Friday. I asked him if there would be a way for me to take the quiz early or on the following Monday. When he asked why(in front of the whole class) I did not plan on being at class that day I told him "I will be attending a colloquy of my peers on Friday." Because colloquy was a vocabulary word, I not only got bonus points, I also got a "free pass" to miss the quiz as long as I turned in a 750 word (typed and double spaced) essay on the event!

Funnest quiz I had ever had!!! (by the way, a colloquy is a "gathering of people" to paraphrase.)

When I was in 4Th grade, Teacher name Ms. Brown. She was a very good teacher, she disciplined all The kids, and taught the class very good. Another good teacher was in 6th Grade, she was also same as ms. brown, but a little strict Though at times, if you really piss her off, she would give serious punishment, but she was very good teacher. Then in 7th grade, my Math Teacher Ms. Tile. She made sure you are taught all the math, and get good grade. (I got an A for her class) Then in 8grade ALL my teachers because I had Straight A's! =P In mt freshman year, my favorite teacher was another math teacher ms. fisherman, she taught a little differently from other math teacher. one thing she did was she taught on the chapter until everyone gets good grade on that chapter, and are taught all parts of that particular chapter.

Yes, her name was Mrs. McKibben. She was my teacher for the 4th and then again for the 5th grade. She was the only teacher that showed she actually cared for her students.
I say this becaue up until then I barely passed to the next grade.
Mrs McKibben was the person that figured out I needed glasses,
and that I couldn't see that dreaded 'chalkboard.' After I got my
glasses I started (and continued) to not only pass each grade, I passed as an honor roll student until I graduated High School.

Mr. Moyer who was my Government teacher. He was very dry humored and most of my class didn't get his jokes. They'd always look at me when I caught them and laughed. Then again, I was in a class with a bunch of AP Scholars who thought I was stupid. He also encouraged me to get into politics because I can argue my butt off..thus far I haven't taken the steps.
