I'm sure there are some very good (yet ho-hum) relationships out there that do not have humor built in. They say laughter is the best medicine, and I couldn't live a day without a good laugh. My husband and I laugh all the time, we never laugh AT each other, we laugh WITH each other. My kids and I also have a great relationship where we laugh alot. I was raised this way, so even my parents and I pick on each other. I love my happy life!!

a relationship without comedy is like the three stooges without mo and larry or abbot without costtello

In my relationships, I have found that if you can't laugh, then you have very little in common. Noone can live in seriousness all the time. If your partner is serious all the time, then he may need to get away from his work for a bit. and have him checked for ulcers!

For me, yes! Nobody can make me laugh like my husband can and I love having laughter included in my life everyday.

For me it is. I would rather laugh, pick on each other, than sit bored all the time.
