34-36 inches

Test them all out and see what you are most comfortable swinging. Most cages will have these available for you to try out.

Long enough to touch the ground and your belt when standing straight up...(about 36"). Important question is what weight do you like? (Tony Gwynn used a 32-ounce bat all his career with the Padres.) Bat speed is important. A little experimenting with handle sizes (circumferences) will help, too. Ted Williams used a thick-handled bat. Modern bats are very thin at the handles and broad at the barrel for added "whip" action. Choose a grip that allows you to keep the bat in hand when swinging, and doesn't force you to feel like you're holding a pencil. Fit the handle to your hand...

Get the longest bat allowed by the State High School Athletic association plus get one that's 36 inches and use both of them,if you can master the big bat you can hit a lot of Dingers.Did you know Babe Ruth used a 42 -44 inch bat in his day,you have to be strong to swing a big bat like that

Your new baseball bat should be long enough to cover the outside corner of the plate when you swing, but not so long you can't get around on a pitch inside or down the middle. It also depends on your stance and how close you stand to the plate. Basically, choose whatever gives you good plate coverage and any bat you feel comfortable swinging.

It depends not on height but on arm length. When i was in Little League through High School I went from a 30 in. 20 oz. bat to a 38 in. 27 oz. But it depends on what bat is comfortable for you to swing.

It depends on what the drop is.. At 13 I use a 32 in 29 ounce bat, and get around on it easily.
