I dont really care that it has scraches and is used.

Well the guy selling it has good feedback. Sometime people start it at a low price and wait for it to go up. There might even be a reserve on it. You could e mail him if you have any questions. Still if you're suspicious don't do it.

no scam, seller has a rep with ebay, use paypal for added security for your money. This is REFURBISHED so you know that it had something wrong with it and it was fixed....could break down again, but it says it still has warrenty time left, decisions, decisions.
