Let me clarify to those retards what i mean, they are bald(clean shaven). 95% are like that. Even on TV. Why?

That's because they choose to shave their hair, not because they are natural bald. A bald head is much easier to manage than something like an Afro.For example thick, curly hair that they have do dry as quickly after washing.

lol i don't think you have your facts right I think maybe its just your observations fo your surroundings. Its a fallacy because you cannot judge an entire group by a small sample of the group and use that as evidence for the behavior of the entire group especially with ppl who do not follow patterns and change behavior when under observation.

Because it pretty costly to get their hair done. Braiding the hair and whatever else they do can cost alot, plus they would have to go through all that time and work to get it done. So they just shave their hair to not worry about it.
