x = 300
300*17 - 10 * 300 - b = 1900
5100 - 3000 - b = 1900
2100 - b = 1900
b = 200

Easy as that!

P(X) =1900
x=300
so substitute in 300 for x and 1900 for P(x) and solve for b
1900=17(300)-(10(300)+b)
1900=5100-3000-b
1900=2100-b
-200 = -b
b = 200

1900 x 300 = 17 x 300 -(10 x 300 + b)
570000=5100 -(3000 + b)
1900=5100 -3000 - b
b=2100-1900 = 200
