You can ask winrar to create an archive of the files and break it up into 697mb files. then burn each of the files to a cd.
Commands-> add files to archive
check the box that says "split to volumes" then in the dropdown menu select either 650mb or 700mb, depending on the type of cds you have.
each file that winrar will make will need to be burned on a separate cd.
The number of cds will depend on the compressibility of the data.

If you know it is possible search the web for that specific game and its backup procedure.

Assuming you have the .iso (or .bin/.cue .mdf/.mds or whatever disc image you have created)

If you have several CD's, you can have winrar split the file into chunks. Make them 650mb chunks so that they will easily fit on a CD. The term is also known as 'spanning'.

this isn't a request to aid "piracy" is it? (i've never ever ever ever ever done it...) and trying to squeeze 5.7Gb to 640Mb would be an impressive compression algorithm indeed!
