Baldwin High School is in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The song their band played was the Bacchanale by Camille Saint-Saens.
According to Macy's website, there were no bands from West Virginia in the Macy's parade this year.
As a side note, though, I personally was in the 1989 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade with my high school band, Fairmont Senior High School Polar Bear Band from Fairmont, WV.

The Baldwin High School band that was in the parade is from Pittsburgh. I don't recall the song they played in the parade and I don't remember seeing a WV band in the parade. (Sorry, only 1 out of 3 there.)
