You need to see a gynecologist to find out why your periods aren't regular - to have testing done, and then see what can be done. Sometimes when they are irregular, you may not be ovulating.

I had an irregular period all my life and after trying to conceive for about 2 yrs, I finally went to see a gynec who found out that I had an ovulation problem. This was corrected with a course of medication and I became preg effortlessly. So go see a doc and get a check up done.

ur question doesn't answer how long u have been having irregular periods.long time irregularity ma be due to anything from hormonal disturbances to systemic disease like tuberculosis.u shuld get a thorough checkup for the cause a few tests may need to be done.most of the causes can be corrected by modern medicine and u can have a normal married life.about u r anemia it can increase chance of PPH(post partum hemorrhage) and LBW (low birth weight) babies.it is good to correct u r anemia by iron preparations.

you may find it difficult to concieve if your periods are irregular because you don't have a regular cycle you won't ovulate properly. You really should go to your doctor as i had irregular periods and in the end they stopped and i found out i had pcos.

anemia have no effect in conceiving, but you need to get it treated to prevent complication during pregnancy. Just take some iron pills, you can buy them at any pharmacy.

Irregular period makes conceiving much more difficult. You should go see your doc to fnid out the cause.
