Why does Kaplan University, part of Newsweek, treat their employees unfairly?

Ahhh...so many companies do. They have no regard for their employees. They treat them as liabilities instead of assets. They will outsource them as soon as they can to maximize their profit and minimize their loss (paying a good wage). Get self employed you will enjoy life much better.
