You will have to change this option within your computer's BIOS settings.

When your computer is first booting to POST, before the operating system boots up, you will be presented with a screen that shows you what to press in order to look at the BIOS settings. Most BIOS can be entered by pressing the Delete key, F1, etc. Once you are in the BIOS settings menu, you can look through the various screens and find the option that toggles the NUM LOCK key to stay on during the booting of the operating system.

Look to the part of the keyboard that has the numbers.
Around them there are all sorts of buttons.
One of them is Num Lock see, you press it, and if you notice a light coming up anywhere on your keyboard it means it's on.

It may sound silly, but all you have 2 do is push the "Num Lock" Key on the keyboard's right side...{plus you can configure this permanently by going into the "Bios" or "Cmos" when you reboot, press "Del" to enter your "Bios" and turn on or off your "Nu Lock."
