a healthy diet and excercise sleep help your brain function better, calm you down and reduce stress. Foods like almonds, fish, whole grains, milk, fruits and blueberries. There isn't one magical food you can eat that will make it disappear only the efforts of stress management in combination with a healthy diet and lots of sleep, can truly do that...I mean breathing excercises, organization, and things like meditation or progressive muscle relaxation techniques.

Yes there are foods, such as eating mushrooms.
also, stay off caffiene.
However, if you want a natural supplement: St. John's Wort. You can find it in the vitamin isle at the store. Helps anxiety without allowing you to become emotionally depressed.

I take ativan for anxiety. I know of no natural way to control it, or I would surely be using it.

Before you buy or try please check to see if the herb like Kava-kava or such is not toxic to the liver. Even if it's "natural" it still can cause harm. Good luck.
