it wont work because if its a big conspiracy against you - like you think - the courts are not going to support you are they? think about that one.
imagine you own a business and are looking to employ someone. Its not just a paper exercise. Im sorry you did not get that job, but you need to just keep trying. I think you mistaken to think everyone is against you. get feebacks and you might be very surprised why you did not win and also it will help for your next attempt.
forget the race card. race card is for folks losing the game. stand tall and keep your haed up. be a gentleman these qualities will get you progress.

It's true racism does exist but before you bring this to court you have to have proof that these woman don't have your level of education or skills. Since the position has gone to someone else already, perhaps you can call the person who interviewed you and ask why you did not get the job. Maybe you don't interview well. Maybe you were not dressed appropriately for the interview. Perhaps you asked for too much money. It could be many reasons other than race. If it is race related then take it to court. I hope you find something soon. You know the saying "One door closes, another opens" Go for it girl!

As a manager i have to tell you that when interviewing someone male or female qualifications and experience are not the only thing you look at. You would look at references whether that person would fit into youre office ect on a personality level. I wouldnt assume that it,s the colour of youre skin putting people off.

hey thats great bubby but whats your question ? sure racism is flagrant as ever especially since the government decided that certain markets needed to fulfill certain QUOTAS of SPECIFIC RACES. Thats why every single person who works for the post office in bay area is asian. every single one. thats why 90% caltrans inspectors are of middle eastern descent. and no it doesnt matter if they are less qualified. this is the GOVERNMENT in action.
i cannot speculate on your qualification or the other womans as you have not given us enough information. however that being said i would not assume RACIAL preference unless you investigate the situation thoroughly. she may be related to someone. maybe shes giving head to the execs. who knows ? but don't go starting **** unless you know. ignorance makes you look stupid. get the facts before you embarrass yourself.

When I give someone a job it's not always the one with the most qualifications or experience. I want someone who is going to get along with my other employees. Someone with a attitude or a pocket full of race cards don't get the job. I don't care what color they are.

Have you asked for feedback from the interview? You may consider that you were the best person for the job, but you don't know how your application or interview appeared to others. Don't jump to conclusions. I have often been on interview panels, and it is your performance on the day that counts.

There's alot more going into selecting the best person for a job: how you fit with colleagues, academics, history, experience...
They probably took one look at you and thought that, quite rightly, you think that you're owed something... Which your not. Get real, get a life, and get on with it. Stop your moaning.
